Our educational programs bring together young Russian-speaking Israelis to explore the Israeli–Palestinian conflict, peacebuilding, and the future of the region. Developed in partnership with leading think tanks and peace organizations, these programs combine learning, dialogue, and field experience.

Through seminars, discussions, and expert-led visits, participants gain a deeper understanding of political realities and acquire tools for civic engagement and constructive dialogue. Our programs foster a generation of socially active young people who approach complex issues with knowledge, empathy, and responsibility.

Over 80 participants have already completed the Geneva Initiative course for Russian speakers and joint course organized with TEMA, building cross-community networks and new partnerships for dialogue across Israeli society.
